The authors regret that due to errors in typing, Eq. (2) and the cor responding texts should be replaced by: Δσnom = ΔM × 0.5td I (2) where ΔM is the bending moment range and the second moment of area I = td 3/12, both in unit width. The results in the paper are not affected by the typing error. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
