Die Bestimmung der Erstarrungskurve von Fetten mit Hilfe des sog. Shukoff-Apparates wurde studiert. Bei dieser Methode wird die Temperatur des geschmolzenen Fettes beim Abkühlen gemessen; das Fett befindet sich dabei in einem Glasgefäß mit Vakuum-Mantel. An Hand der Vorshrift, aufgestellt von der International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), wurde das Verhalten von Fetten beim Erstarren beobachtet. Zugleich wurden der Einfluß einer Änderung des Vakuums im Mantel des Glasgefäßes und der Einfluß der Eintauchtiefe im Eis-Wasser-Gemisch studiert.
Determination of Solidification Curve of Fats with the Help of Shukoff-Apparatus - The determination of solidification curve of fats with the help of Shukoff-apparatus was studied. The temperature of molten fat during cooling is determined by this method, in which the fat is put in a glass container provided with vacuum jacket. According to the directions given by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) the behaviour of the fats during solidification was observed. At the same time the influence of the change of vacuum in the jacket of the glass container and the influence of depth of immersion in ice-water-mixture were studied.
