The syntheses of glycyl-cx-L-glutamyl-L-serylglycine ethyl ester and of glycyl-cx-L-glutamyl-O-acetyl-L-serylglycine ethyl ester are described. The mixed anhydride method and the carbodiimide method were used for condensing together two dipeptide derivatives. The latter were obtained by the azide method.
