This is the second white paper published by Quantum Delta NL on quantum technology supply chains. In September 2022 we launched the first assessment on quantum computing supply chains1. This assessment turned out to be highly useful to guide discussions about open strategic sovereignty in an emerging technology field. Later that year, we decided to follow-up with a second study on quantum communications technology.
