Recalculation of calcium-binding properties of human and rat fibrin(ogen) and their degradation products

Our previously published numbers for calcium binding sites and dissociation constants in fibrin(ogen)s of rat and man, and their plasmic degradation products were based on intuitive graphical analysis of Scatchard plots showing an upward curvature. This is an incorrect procedure. The present paper gives the corrected data obtained by proper computer analysis.
