In this report (written in the Dutch language) a non-ionizing radiation hazards analysis has been conducted for the SMART-L air-defense radar planned in Herwijnen, The Netherlands. The expected RF exposure is compared with the reference values from ICNIRP1998 as well as the recently published ICNIRP2020.
