Final report TKI toeslag project Biomass to Biofuels (B2B)
report
Biomass is a renewable feedstock that will contribute to the renewable energy goals of governments. Biomass is costly and therefore it should be used efficiently, creating maximum value, thus cascading is important, where besides energy products (electricity, heat, renewable gas and bio fuels) high value products like chemicals are produced. In addition to biomass, residue streams could be used for maximum valorization as well, whereas currently these residues are mainly used for the production of heat and power
