Urban regeneration and public land development: Land transaction processes and price formation
article
This paper aims to contribute to the understanding of land markets and sheds light on a specific element of the process through which land is traded, namely the formation of land transaction prices. It argues that the specific features of inner-city land markets and public involvement in particular, adds to the social and institutional character of land markets. The paper explores the extent to which this affects the way land transaction processes impact the transaction price. © 2019 E-Flow Liverpool University Press. All rights reserved.
