On assignment of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, ECN and DNV GL have studied the cost of renewable energy production. This cost assessment for various categories is part of an advice on the subsidy base rates for the feed-in support scheme SDE+. A draft version of this advice has been discussed with the market in an open consultation round. This report contains the preliminary advice on the cost of projects in the Netherlands targeted for realization in 2015, covering installation technologies for the production of green gas, biogas, renewable electricity and renewable heat. During summer time this preliminary report will be discussed with the ministry. In September the report will be finalized.
