Developing municipal level mitigation action plans in Georgia

As part of the EU Covenant of Mayors, Georgia has begun implementing Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAP). The SEAP outlines a plan to achieve Covenant’s commitment to reach greenhouse gas emission reductions of at least 20% by 2020. This case study presents the SEAPs in Georgia and assess good practices and their potential for replication.
