The Dutch ministry of Interior and kingdom relations (BZK) asked ECN to advise them on a new grant for energy efficiency for homeowners. The total amount available for the grant is 70 million Euro, but this includes 10 million for execution costs and information. The remaining 60 million is available for insulation measures. Between February 8th and March 31st 2016 ECN supported BZK with the development of the new subsidy scheme. For this ECN produced multiple notes and presentations. The content of these are bundled in this report.
