On assignment of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, ECN and DNV GL have studied the cost of renewable energy production. This cost assessment for various categories is part of an advice on the subsidy base rates for the feed-in support scheme SDE+. A draft version of this advice has been discussed with the market in an open consultation round. This report contains the final advice on the cost of projects in the Netherlands targeted for realization in 2017, covering installation technologies for the production of renewable electricity, renewable gas and renewable heat.
