After ITEC 2017 in Rotterdam, MS&T Europe Editor Dim Jones took the opportunity of visiting a small company in the town of Soesterberg which operates a unique simulation device called Desdemona. He was hosted by the Director, Dr. Bernd De Graaf. Desdemona has its origins in the 'Nederlandse Organisatie voor Toegepast Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzo[ek]' (Dutch Organization for Applied Scientific Research) where Dr De Graaf worked for many years.
