This paper aims to clarify of the added value of applying the CA in innovation projects.
The authors developed a practical method to apply the CA in this context and applied it in a series of workshops and interviews in their organization. The authors found several benefits of doing this, and articulate recommendations for furt her applying the CA within their organization.
