Seismic imaging with incoherent wavefields

In blended seismic acquisition incoherent source arrays are used to generate the seismic response. The blended shot records can be directly fed into a shot record migration scheme with a more advanced imaging condition. Blended shot records can also be simulated in the processing phase. In the extreme case a 3D wide-azimuth seismic survey may be represented by one single shot record. This opens the
