A scalable addressing method when using IMS as a service bus infrastructure
conference paper
The dynamic provisioning of SIP addresses is a challenge when many devices and services are dynamically attached to an IMS network. Manual provisioning is too labor intensive for a telecommunications operator, and it is difficult to do it in a way that allows those devices and services access to all functionality of the IMS architecture. This paper proposes a novel way of handling the addressing of such devices and services, using wildcard PSI addressing in the IMS network. © 2009 IEEE.
