Investigations on organoantimony compounds. XIV. Complexes of monochlorodiorganoantimony(V) moieties with dianionic ono tridentate ligands

Diorganoantimony(V) complexes of the type R2SbClTrid (R = Me, Ph) containing dianionic, potentially tridentate Schiff-base ligands with ONO donor atoms (Trid2-) have been prepared and characterized. IR and NMR data suggest an octahedral coordination environment for the antimony atom with meridional arrangement of the ONO ligand atoms and a linear CSbC skeleton. © 1976.
