Building concepts - Floor concepts. Towards more added value for precast concrete floors

In the Netherlands, precast concrete are preffered for floors in residential buildings. Typical for the dutch building process is the labor intensive and time consuming character, which has considerable risks for building contractors, many parties are involved and, consequently, there are many interactions with other activities on the building site.
This paper presents an innovative change in the building process of oncrete floor systems through combined efforts of both building contractors and the building industry. An integral approach for innovating the building process and accompanying products is presented
