The intrinsic conductivity of nanosized semiconducting crystals
conference paper
We show how the dielectric response of powders of semiconducting nanocrystals can be used to extract the intrinsic conductivity of the nanocrystals. The method is applied to powders of nanocrystals of semi-conductive aquocyanophthalocyaninatocobalt (III) (Phthalcon-11), a promising filler material for conducting composites, and published data of silicon.
