Measuring user experience : what's new?

conference paper
This paper proposes a short overview of characteristics of different user evaluation methods and a research framework to systematically compare these different methods. Comparisons will be carried out in the context of Freeband user experience studies. Results will provide more insight into how user experience testing provides added value to already existing methods, and how results of different evaluation methods, possibly applied in different phases of the development process, can be compared to each other.
