TNO has a number of questionnaires designed to measure health related quality of life of children, adolescents and young adults. The questionnaires are primarily designed for research, such as clinical trials and evaluation research. We have three different questionnaires:
TAPQOL - TNO-AZL Questionnaire for Preschool Children's Health-Related Quality of Life
TACQOL - TNO-AZL Questionnaire for Children's Health-Related Quality of Life
TAAQOL - TNO-AZL Questionnaire for Adult Health-Related Quality of Life.
TERMS OF USE
TAPQOL, TACQOL AND TAAQOL questionnaires and related materials on our website, including manuals, normative data and syntaxes come free of charge. No registration is needed. This goes for use by non- or not-for-profit parties.
For-profit users need to contact us and negotiate a fee.
TNO heeft een aantal vragenlijsten ontwikkeld om de gezondheidsrelateerde kwaliteit van leven te meten van kinderen, jongeren en jong-volwassenen. De vragenlijsten zijn primair bedoeld voor het doen van onderzoek op groepsniveau, zoals bijvoorbeeld klinische studies en evaluatie-onderzoek.
