Open building renovation: the Voorburg project (Sanierung im stil offenes Bauen: Das Voorburg Projekt)

The Open Building development was launched ten years ago, offering a new concept in renovation with a pilot project in the town of Voorburg, the Netherlands. The concept of the project was developed by the OBOM at Delft Technical University. It was also the first use of the Matura Infill package. The pilot project to be carried out involves 108 units in several walk-up buildings.
