Liquid chromatography of organophosphorus acids
other
The applicability of different liquid chromatographic systems such as ion-exchange, ion-exclusion, reversed phase and ion-pair partition was studied for the analysis of a number of simple structurally related organophosphorus acids which lack a chromophoric group. Preliminary experiments based on these chromatographic systems were carried out on conventional LC columns with indirect UV or differential refractometric detection. Some promising results were obtained using the combination of micro-liquid chromatography columns and a flame photometric detector. © 1988 Gordon and Breach, Science Publishers. Inc.
