Optimisation of High-Power Amplifiers using non linear models
conference paper
This paper identifies the areas where the use of non-linear simulations for the design of high-power amplifiers is useful. The identified areas are: operating class selection, determination source and load impedance for matching network design, overall amplifier simulations and stability analysis under large-signal conditions. The results of a 7-8 Watt MESFET high-power amplifier are provided
