Networked Risk Management : How to successfully manage risks in hyperconnected value networks

report
Networked Risk Management (NRM) is a methodology aimed at managing dynamic risks. The methodology facilitates the mind shift from risk management to success governance. The result is an accountable prioritisation of risks that could lead to being unsuccessful. NRM is applicable in combination with existing methods for risk assessments and standards such as the ISO/IEC 27000.How to control risks in increasingly dynamic and complex organisations and systems? Risk management itself is not new. Still we see that current methods and concepts lead to a perceived loss of control for decision makers when it comes to risk management. It seems that an increasing amount of work is needed to control the risks and to decrease the number of incidents. A new approach to Risk management is needed to solve this. Existing concepts are becoming less efficient for application in the complex systems of which organisations have become a part.
