Abstract
The Dutch Logistics industry is technologically quite advanced but at the same time traditional with regard to people management and organisational concepts. Since a decade they try to deal with this unbalance by focusing on ‘workplace innovation’: what should be innovated with regard to people, management and organisational concepts to improve the uptake and speed of new technology and other innovations? In this session we present and discuss how the logistics sector in the Netherlands deals with workplace innovation at different levels.
