Abstract
The objective of the interdepartmental programme "Developing attainability scenarios" is to investigate how a better combination of work and care can facilitate a higher level of female participation in work. To this end, the following research areas are investigated in this report: labour market participation, feasibility of work and (parental) care, ICT applications, like teleworking, flexible working hours to combine work and care tasks, buying and selling leave entitlement to avoid wage and career disruption. The survey on which the report is based, focused on teleworking, flexible working hours and labour supply (with an emphasis on the re-entering of Dutch women to the workforce). Final report in English; fulltext-version in Dutch, titled "Dubbel delen in de digitale delta".
