Abstract
Newborn bloodspot screening (NBS) aims at early detection of treatable disorders to offer early intervention. The number of conditions being screened for is expanding, which may affect public acceptance of NBS. This study explored views of NBS participants and non-participants on (expanding) NBS in the Netherlands.
