Peelen, W.H.A. Klatter, H.E. Contributor Taerwe, R. (editor) Frangopol, L. (editor) Caspeele, D.M. (editor) Publication year 2019 Abstract In this paper the budget prognosis and the technical end of service life issues of the transport infrastructure replacement program of Rijkswaterstaat are introduced. Furthermore the technical information required to execute the program in a cost-effective way while keeping the infrastructure safe and available is discussed. For fatigue and static safety of steel bridges, one of the major issues within the replacement program, an overview of the required technical information and the way it is used in various assessment procedures is given. From this overview some recommendations for improvements are given © 2019 Taylor & Francis Group, London Subject Buildings and Infrastructures2015 UrbanisationAgeingAssessmentDegradationInnovationInspectionMonitoringSustainabilityTransport infrastructure To reference this document use: http://resolver.tudelft.nl/uuid:3d4d73d0-a5ee-4510-bafe-4f11c361fb8c TNO identifier 866594 Publisher CRC Press/Balkema ISBN 9781138626331 Source Life-Cycle Analysis and Assessment in Civil Engineering: Towards an Integrated Vision - Proceedings of the 6th International Symposium on Life-Cycle Civil Engineering, IALCCE 2018, 6th International Symposium on Life-Cycle Civil Engineering, IALCCE 2018, 28 October 2018 through 31 October 2018, 1671-1677 Document type conference paper Files To receive the publication files, please send an e-mail request to TNO Library.
