Abstract
PReVAL addresses the possible safety impacts of functions developed and demonstrated in the PReVENT integrated project. One of the major aims of the PReVAL project is the development of a harmonized framework for the assessment of preventive safety applications and advanced driver assistance functions. The work described in this deliverable is a major step towards this objective. In deliverable D16.1 [1] the evaluation methodologies used by the PReVENT subprojects and related projects, such as eIMPACT, APROSYS, AIDE and CONVERGE were reviewed. Based on this work, evaluation procedures are proposed for technical performance.
